Job Description:
A company is looking for a Material Damage Specialist
responsible for reviewing and preparing repair estimates and
negotiating costs with repair facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Review claim estimates and photographs for accuracy using CCC
estimate review tools
Negotiate with repair shops to agree on repair prices
Prepare estimates using CCC estimating software and assist in
ongoing material damage projects
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of claim experience or comparable shop work
experience with classic, modern luxury, or exotic/hyper
vehicles
High level of automotive technical proficiency with a willingness
to continue training
Efficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
Ability to establish rapport with various levels of collector car
enthusiasts
Strong negotiation skills and ability to maintain confidential
information
