Job Description:
A company is looking for a Delivery Lead to support the
development of products and solutions that enhance access to
knowledge and education.
Key Responsibilities
Align teams around organizational strategy and lead efforts to
achieve shared goals
Manage delivery targets, dependencies, and risks while fostering
collaboration across teams
Facilitate communication and cultural transformation to support
team success and value delivery
Required Qualifications
3+ years of software delivery experience in product
organizations
Demonstrated understanding of agile principles, methods, and
roles
Proven experience with agile frameworks such as Lean, Scrum, and
Kanban
Exceptional facilitation and mentoring skills
Proficiency with technology tools such as Jira, TFS, Mural, Slack,
or similar tools
