Job Description:
A company is looking for an Optometry Software Onboarding
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and conduct discovery calls with new practices to gather
necessary information
Facilitate the implementation process and maintain communication
with customers throughout
Assist the Quality Assurance team and manage educational resources
in Google Classroom
Required Qualifications:
Minimum two years of clinic or in-practice experience in an eye
care setting
Experience with EMR/EHR software
Knowledge of HIPAA requirements is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with
application sharing tools
Experience with Google Classroom is a plus
