Job Description

We are currently seeking a Project Manager Specialist to oversee and implement the roadmap for a Fraud Analytics initiative within the public sector. This includes introducing and managing agile frameworks and project governance structures tailored to a data analytics environment.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing complex data-focused projects and possess a strong background in agile methodology implementation. You'll be expected to manage stakeholder communications, track project milestones, and align team deliverables with strategic objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

---Lead the planning and implementation of the OIG Fraud Analytics project roadmap.
---Coordinate cross-functional teams including data analysts, technical staff, and business stakeholders.
---Introduce and manage agile project delivery frameworks and best practices.
---Track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
---Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and agile ceremonies.
---Document project plans, timelines, and deliverables; maintain status reports.
---Support leadership with performance updates and strategic reporting.
---Engage stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and expectations.
---Drive continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.


Required Experience/Skills

---8-10+ years of experience in project management, specifically supporting data analytics teams.
---Proven expertise in implementing agile frameworks within complex environments.
---Strong leadership and communication skills.
---Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.
---Experience working in public sector or highly regulated industries preferred.


Education

Bachelor's Degree

PMP or Scrum Master

Schedule Summary

---Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (may include evenings/weekends as needed)
