A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to
lead high-impact Salesforce initiatives and ensure alignment with
business goals.
Responsibilities
Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather and document
complex business requirements
Design scalable Salesforce solutions that optimize business
processes
Analyze and improve existing Salesforce processes, ensuring
alignment with industry best practices
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar
Salesforce role
Expert knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and best practices
Salesforce certifications (at least one of the following):
Salesforce Business Analyst, Advanced Admin, or Platform App
Builder
Experience leading cross-functional projects and stakeholder
engagement
Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures and
integrations
