Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Precast Quality Control Technician
with a PCI Level 2 Certification to ensure the quality and
compliance of our precast concrete products. In this role, you will
be responsible for conducting inspections, performing tests, and
ensuring all products meet or exceed industry standards and
specifications. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able
to work independently, and have a strong understanding of quality
control processes in the precast concrete industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks on precast concrete
products during various stages of production.
Verify that all products meet or exceed industry standards,
specifications, and PCI guidelines.
Perform routine tests on materials, components, and finished
products to ensure strength, durability, and compliance with
engineering requirements.
Maintain and update quality control documentation, including
inspection records, reports, and certifications.
Work closely with the production team to address and resolve any
quality issues or discrepancies.
Ensure that production processes are compliant with OSHA, PCI, and
other relevant safety regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control
procedures and improvements.
Perform pre- and post-pour inspections and document findings.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
Qualifications:
PCI Level 2 Certification required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control within the
precast concrete industry.
Strong understanding of PCI standards, ASTM, and other relevant
industry codes and regulations.
Experience with concrete mix design, material testing, and precast
manufacturing processes.
Ability to use various testing equipment and tools to assess the
quality of concrete products.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate
records.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with team members and management.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a
fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a concrete
production environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with concrete forming, casting, and finishing
processes.
Familiarity with quality control software and systems used in the
precast concrete industry.
