Job Description:
A company is looking for a Charge Description Master Analyst
I.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze the charge master and conduct financial reviews to ensure
charge accuracy and comprehensiveness
Coordinate with multi-disciplinary groups to enhance hospital net
revenue and manage the hospital price master
Provide guidance to clinical departments regarding changes to
coding and billing protocols
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Six years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in
Charge Master and coding
Experience in physician and hospital operations, compliance, and
provider relations
Certifications in patient access or patient accounting; coding
certification is highly preferred
CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire (company
paid)
