Required Qualifications

employee benefits experience in a brokerage setting
Strong analytical skills with experience in guiding strategic
initiatives
Expertise in financial arrangements and health products
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering
high-quality results
