Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Data Center Technical Support
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and recommend vendor software packages and prepare
specifications for modifications
Coordinate installation, maintenance, and modification of software
for critical applications
Advise on network design and provide documentation and education
related to software and network performance
Required Qualifications
Prior experience with large-scale state Enterprise Architecture
systems
Experience in an Enterprise Architecture environment with various
components
Familiarity with integration of Enterprise Architecture
components
General understanding of IBM Business Rules Engine, webMethods ESB,
or API Gateway
At least six years of experience in large-scale Enterprise
Architecture environments is desirable
