Hybrid Austin, TX Summary
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Life sciences/Pharma with experience in Commercial CRM,Veeva,Commercial Data sets for Claims, Sales, Marketing
Must have analytics background using Databricks, Python, R
Good communication and client front ending skills Role/Responsibilities:
Lead the analysis and design of business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Oversee the development and implementation of business operations strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Experienced across commercial analytics functions like marketing analytics, sales analytics
Provide insights and recommendations based on business intelligence data to support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in business analysis and operations.
Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored business solutions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented business strategies and make necessary adjustments. Qualifications:
BS or Equivalent experience Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
