Job Description:
A company is looking for a Production Coordinator to support its
Production team in delivering quality services and products.
Key Responsibilities
Correspond with court reporters and clients to complete
post-deposition tasks
Manage files in preparation for the transcript production
process
Communicate effectively with other teams on Slack and attend weekly
Zoom meetings
Required Qualifications
1+ years of administrative or similar experience; prior court
reporting or legal experience is a plus
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote
environment
Motivated to meet goals set by management and hold oneself
accountable
Proactive in asking for clarification on tasks or workflows
Reliable internet connection and availability to work overtime when
needed
