Systems.1. Works with specific written or verbal instructions to
receive/deliver/ count/ handle sensitive components following
company command media2. Process and expedite incoming material
delivered by external and internal customers into company portal
tracking software. Maintain daily logs as needed to support task
performance.3. Receive, sort, and distribute all incoming stockroom
receiving to appropriate storage location. Incoming Receiving is
delivered daily to the stockroom for approximately 50 packages a
day with an average of 24 hours of expected turn around working
FIFO or other wise directed4. Drive company vehicles for special
trips to pick up or drop off packaged to and from FedEx under
scheduled exceptions5. Work with on-line database and/or written
instructions to process sub task requested to the stockroom from
internal and external customers in turn time posted for that
specific task6. Pick-up and deliver urgently needed material as
tasked. Respond to customer phone inquiries regarding loss, damage,
or delivery issues. Discuss issue with customer to identify problem
and determine appropriate action. Escalate to lead, Supervisor or
manger as appropriate.7. Assist in planning and assignment of
stockroom task as needed or required for block schedules8. Conduct
physical inventory of inventory for production and repair
organizations using company portals and processes9. X-Ray and input
data for returned material to the stockroom within expected time
requirement10. Other duties as assigned by leadership.11. report
and suggest inaccurate working media for a process to leadership12.
report working cell performance as directed by leadership13. Use of
Microsoft office for admin and communication to customers and
peers14. Comprehension - read and interpret data, information and
documents; observe and interpret situations; learn and apply new
information or skills.15. Organization - analyze and solve office
administrative problems; perform work on multiple, concurrent
tasks; work under deadlines with potential for frequent
interruptions.16. Reasoning & Decision Making - ability to apply
common sense in performing job responsibilities; ability to perform
mathematical reasoning. Communications - regular requirements to
use written and oral communication skills; interact with managers,
coworkers, and others encountered in the course of work.17.

neatness and thoroughness of work assigned.Because of the need for
consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to
perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role,
it will be performed full-time on site.This means work will be
conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the
