Key Responsibilities
Reach out to patients, parents, and caregivers to introduce mental

Screen potential patients for eligibility and navigate challenging
conversations
Schedule appointments and follow up to ensure patient readiness and
understanding of services
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in patient or customer relations, preferably in
healthcare
Empathetic demeanor and excellent listening skills
Strong attention to detail
