Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fundraising Contractor to drive the
development and management of their funder pipeline in the housing
and homelessness sector.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify funding opportunities to support growth in
the housing and homelessness sector
Manage relationships with funders and engage in donor outreach and
communication
Lead the writing and submission of grant proposals and funding
requests
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated success in securing operational and programmatic
grants
Experience in the housing and homelessness funding sector
Existing relationships with foundations and donors
Proficiency in creating compelling grant proposals
Advanced organizational and time management skills
