Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist responsible
for managing personal lines insurance for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Inform and educate customers about policy coverages and insurance
needs
Provide strong customer service by managing inquiries and requests
through various communication channels
Maintain knowledge of market conditions and adapt to insurance
carrier rating websites
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1 to 3+ years of Personal Lines Experience
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
Ability to work from home with specified internet requirements
Working hours are 11 AM - 8 PM EST, Monday - Friday
