Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recovery Assistant to support
Subrogation Recovery Analysts through outbound calls and record
maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to gather information regarding claims from
various stakeholders
Document call outcomes and maintain accurate records for each
interaction
Achieve a daily target of 50 calls logged and manage multiple
computer applications efficiently
Requirements:
Experience in insurance, personal injury, or healthcare fields
Detail-oriented and organized
Education: High school diploma, GED, or college degree
Must have a home internet connection with specified speed
requirements
Must have a quiet workspace free from distractions
