A company is looking for a Remote Patient Monitor.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and onboard patients onto the Remote Patient Monitoring
platform
Remotely monitor chronically ill patients by reviewing their vitals
and symptoms
Drive patient engagement through regular outreach and
communication
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of customer and patient service etiquette
Basic clinical healthcare knowledge
High energy and compassion for patient care
Previous RPM or CCM experience (preferred but not required)
