Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Boarding SME responsible for
hands-on support of all servicing activity within the mortgage
servicing areas pertaining to Loan Boarding during the lifecycle of
the MSP mortgage servicing system conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up loan accounts and ensure compliance with OFAC reporting
Ensure accuracy of pricing and repayment schedules for loans
Fund loans based on disbursement authorization and maintain
reporting requirements
Required Qualifications:
5 years of Mortgage Servicing experience in Loan Boarding working
on MSP
Prior experience with MSP Mortgage Servicing System conversion
preferred
Extensive knowledge of Loan Boarding rules and regulations
Knowledge of investor rules for GSE, GOV, Private, and Bank-owned
portfolios
Proven ability to support Loan Boarding operations during system
conversion
