Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning Operations Specialist to
facilitate day-to-day functions related to trademark and copyright
filings and support departmental operational projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee registrations, renewals, and filings; address infringement
issues; maintain detailed documentation
Manage PD contracts, accreditation documentation, meeting minutes,
and compliance records
Coordinate Subject Matter Experts for Professional Development
projects
Required Qualifications
4+ years of operational experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint)
Knowledge of trademark and copyright requirements
Ability to manage and comprehend legal, contractual, and
business-related materials
Experience in preparing department reports and presentations
