Ability to answer a high volume of Inbound customer calls and provide professional customer service to our Austin citizens. ? Proficient Multi-tasking skills: listen, comprehend, research, document and respond to customer request effectively and in a timely manner. ? Must have a clear 10 year criminal background ? Long term contract to hire position Beginning pay $11.00 per hour with a step wage plan that brings you to $13.50 in just one year and $14.50 at two years.
