We currently have a Network Administrator Job in Austin, Texas. The only thing better than living in beautiful Austin, is joining our excellent IT department! We are a pioneer within the medical industry providing medical solutions to companies all over the world. We are looking for a Network Administrator who can assist our offsite clients with VPN and Firewall issues. Due to the high priority of our client’s business, we are looking for professional Network Administrators who have experience responding to connectivity issues, identifying and resolving these issues to eliminate downtown for our clients.
 
As a Network Administrator with our company in Austin, Texas, you will be responsible for the following daily responsibilities:
• Perform remote troubleshooting for VPN connections
• Build VPN connections for offsite clients
• Setup and troubleshoot firewalls
• Perform basic networking issues
 
Our Network Administrator Job in Austin, Texas has the following required skills:
• 1 - 2 years of professional experience as a Network Administrator
• Site to site VPN installation experience
• At least 1 year experience with tunneling
• Experience troubleshooting VPN and Firewall issues
• Ability to prove solid basic network troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with Cisco devices and software or similar (Cisco ASA, Juniper, Sonicwall)
