Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Associate to support HR-related
activities and enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day HR support including recruitment, onboarding,
offboarding, and benefits administration
Maintain and manage the HRIS system and oversee the payroll
process
Coordinate employee onboarding and conduct new hire orientation
sessions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
3+ years of experience in various HR disciplines, including payroll
and recruitment
Experience with Rippling HRIS is mandatory
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing
timelines
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage payroll
activities
