We are excited to announce the opening of three newly renovated food and beverage outlets at Hyatt. The Assistant Outlets Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing these vibrant dining experiences within the hotel. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting, training, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as all operating procedures. This person will also help coordinate special events at the hotel, ensuring our food and beverage outlets maintain the highest standards of service. The Assistant Outlets Manager should possess strong communication and analytical skills, with experience in food and beverage cost control being an asset. We're looking for someone who is creative, fun, hardworking, and a true team player to help bring these newly renovated spaces to life.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage Management preferred.
• Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred.
• Must be TABC and Food Handler certified.
• Ideal applicants should have strong organizational skills, flexibility in work schedules, a team-oriented mindset, and dynamic leadership abilities.
• Must have open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A creative, fun, and hardworking attitude, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
