The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end cuisine, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes that meet our high standards of quality and taste.Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with our menu and standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and presentation.
• Work closely with the head chef and other kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items.
• Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Participate in daily prep and mise en place tasks.Requirements: Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a cook, preferred
  • Fine dining or high-end restaurant experience is preferred.
  • Experience leading stations, plating, and expediting
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • A culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.Benefits:
