• Executing physician-prescribed care plans and documenting care in our system of record
• Administering prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care
• Teaching and training family members on health promotion and disease preventionRequirements:
  • Eligible, good-standing LVN license for the state in which you will practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Comfortable providing in-home nursing care to infants, children, adolescents, and adults
