Job Summary:Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team as a Private Duty Nurse. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their own homes, assisting them with transitioning from hospital care to ongoing home health services.Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation of physicians' prescribed plan of care
• Patient assessments and coordination of care
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
• Compliant, timely documentation of care provided
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
• Accepting and writing verbal orders from physicians as requiredRequirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse
  • Current CPR certification
