  Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and report on departmental continuity of care
    
  • Communicate effectively and intervene when necessary
    
  • Ensure patient safety and reduce medical errors
    
  • Monitor and document medical necessity and patient care plans
    
  • Provide education and training on Functional Independent Measure (FIM)
    
  • Enforce compliance with education and in-service requirements
    
  • Review and evaluate risk and quality indicators
    Qualifications:
    • Graduate of accredited registered nurse program with current licensure
      
    • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
      
    • Minimum of two years of previous nursing management experience
      
    • Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and direct clinical activities
      
    • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
