• Implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
• Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care to address their unique needs.
• Administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies in a safe and effective manner.
• Documenting all care provided in our system of record to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Educating patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.Requirements:
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Current CPR certification
