Aveanna Healthcare Private Duty Nurse - LVN/LPN RoleAt Aveanna Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team as a Private Duty Nurse. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients
• Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care to meet the unique needs of each individual
• Administering prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies with precision and attention to detail
• Documenting care provided in a timely and accurate manner to ensure seamless communication with our healthcare team
• Providing education and support to patients and their families to empower them in their careRequirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse
  • Current CPR certification and TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
