Job Title: Private Duty Nurse - LVNJob Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Private Duty Nurse to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to our medically fragile patients in the comfort of their own homes.Responsibilities:

• Implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care
• Patient assessments and coordination of care
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
• Compliant, timely documentation of care provided
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
• Accepting and writing verbal orders from physicians as requiredRequirements:
  • Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
