Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Job Description:

We are seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in the Texas Panhandle. Practice Setting:

Outpatient setting treating patients aged 2 and older
- The average volume of 14-18 PPD
- 1:1 provider to RN/MA ratio Case Mix:
  - Full primary care, including well-woman exams, physical exams, chronic care management, acute-episodic care, lab services, immunizations/allergy injections, and provider dispensing
    - Minor and limited procedures Scheduling:
      - Monday - Friday
        
        8 AM - 4:30 PM
        
        No call Requirements:
        
        Certified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner
        
        BLS and DEA required
        
        Minimum of 24 months of experience
        
        Licensed in Texas
