Job Title:Pediatric Home Care NurseJob Summary:We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide high-quality nursing care to a pediatric patient in a home setting. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pediatric nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to a pediatric patient in a home setting
• Develop and implement a care plan in collaboration with the patient's physician and other healthcare team members
• Conduct regular assessments of the patient's condition and update the care plan as needed
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Document all patient interactions and care provided in the electronic medical record
• Communicate effectively with the patient, family members, and other healthcare team membersRequirements:
  • Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
  • At least 6 months of experience as an LPN/LVN in a pediatric setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
