Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our pediatric home health care team as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). The ideal candidate will possess excellent patient care skills, a strong understanding of pediatric nursing practices, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

• Implement and coordinate patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, identify care needs, and develop effective care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
• Document patient care activities, assessments, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.Requirements:
  • Current, active license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • One year of experience in pediatric nursing, preferably in home health care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
