As a Private Duty Nurse, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. Our patients require skilled nursing care, and we need a professional like you to deliver high-quality care and make a positive impact on their lives.About the Job:As a Private Duty Nurse LVN, you will be responsible for:

• Implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care
• Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care
• Administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
• Documenting care provided in a timely and compliant manner
• Providing health education and training to patients and family membersRequirements:
  • Active, unencumbered license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
