Job Summary:Aveanna Private Duty Nurse - LVN/LPN provides skilled nursing care for medically fragile patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.Responsibilities:

• Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care for patients with complex medical needs
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians
• Document all care activities, assessments, and patient responses in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide education and training to patients and families on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategiesRequirements:
  • Active, unencumbered license as a Licensed Nurse (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS
  • 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred, but not required
