• Patient assessments and coordination of care

• Compliant, timely documentation of care provided in system of record
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family membersQualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
