Job Description:

Join our team as a full-time Dental Hygienist in San Antonio, TX. We have a wonderful patient population and a team dedicated to quality care. Our office provides Continuing Education Credit Opportunities annually. Work with a hygiene team and enjoy flexibility in scheduling.
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:30-5:30pm. We have a new doctor joining us, and hours may change.

  Minimum qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • Current dental hygienist license in Texas and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
    
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
    
  • CPR Certification.
    
    Preferred experience:
    
    • 
      
    • 1-2 years of clinical experience.
      
    • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
      
    • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills.
      
    • Clinical needs as required by the office.
      
      Physical requirements:
      
      • 
        
      • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
        
      • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
        
      • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
        
      • Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year.
        
      • Tuberculosis (TB) test required for all new hires in dental office positions.
