Job SummaryAveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide pediatric home care services on a part-time weekend night schedule.Key Responsibilities

• Execute physician-prescribed plans of care and document care in a system of record
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• Patient assessments and care coordination
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family membersRequirements
  • Eligible good-standing LVN license for the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
