Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals.Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to achieve high-quality patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safetyRequirements
    • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred
    • 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty, preferred
    • BLS required
