Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals.Key Responsibilities

Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
Provide direct patient care and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Lead and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to achieve high-quality patient outcomes
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safetyRequirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred
- 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty, preferred
- BLS required
- RN License in state of employment or compactWork Schedule7PM - 7AMWork TypeFull Time
