Job Summary:As an Interventional Radiology Nurse with CHRISTUS Health, you will play a vital role in supporting the patient care mission of our Interventional Radiology Lab. You will work as part of a clinical team, providing high-quality nursing care through appropriate medication administration, documentation, and cross-training to perform hemodynamic monitoring and scrub assist. Your expertise will be essential in delivering exceptional patient care, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, and contributing to the general operation of the department.Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Interventional Radiology Lab
• Perform hemodynamic monitoring and scrub assist as needed
• Document patient care and medication administration accurately
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
• Contribute to the general operation of the department, including managing supplies, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and participating in patient transportation and post-procedure careRequirements:
  • Current Registered Nursing (RN) License
  • Minimum of 1-year prior Acute Care hospital experience in intensive care, emergency care, or cardiovascular care
  • Prior Interventional Radiology experience preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred
