Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities

Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness
Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safetyRequirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred
- 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty, preferred
- BLS required
- RN License in state of employment or compactWork Schedule7PM - 7AMWork TypeFull Time
