        • Type of equipment: Fetal monitors.
        • Documentation system: Meditech / CPN mostly.
        • Floating policy: As needed.
        • Procedures performed on unit: Vaginal deliveries, Caesarean sections.
        • Critical factors to success: Independent safe nursing care, teamwork, adaptability, and a positive image of nursing.
