Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for the client's Safety and
Operational Teams regarding program topics
Develop and implement Account Plans that align with client business
objectives and identify expansion opportunities
Conduct regular analysis of progress towards goals, track KPIs, and
address client health issues proactively
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5-7 years of experience in Enterprise Client Success or Account
Management in a SaaS environment
Proven track record of effective communication with client
executives
Experience in developing account strategies that align with client
goals
Experience leading complex projects; managed services or fleet
industry experience preferred
