Job DescriptionJob Title: Area LeaderJob Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Leader to oversee the timely and efficient collection of waste, recycling, and compost across 20 to 40 multifamily communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of 15 to 40 part-time Service Valets and ensuring that service delivery meets the highest standards of quality within the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:

• Service Operations: Oversee the timely, safe, and efficient collection of trash, recycling, and compost for assigned apartment communities, consistently meeting the high service standards expected by our clients.
• Team Support: Provide training on company procedures, ensuring compliance with policies, safety standards, and best practices, while instilling our mission of delivering exceptional service.
• Additional Responsibilities: Actively participate in team meetings, partner with the Operations Manager to monitor staffing costs, and oversee the maintenance and upkeep of fleet trucks.Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Supervisory Experience: Preferred, with the ability to supervise and lead teams effectively
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Outlook for email and calendar management, and basic Excel skills for data tracking and reportingPhysical Requirements:
    • This position requires lifting and/or carrying up to 50lbs, walking distances including up and down stairs, bending at waist and/or knees, and raising arms at/over shoulders
    • Ability to frequently work outdoors and work/drive in changing weather conditionsBenefits:
