About the Role:
Lead Americas National Solution Provider Alliance strategy &
execution. Success requires motivating & inspiring CrowdStrike's
Nationals team, developing a strategic plan to exceed expectations
with National Solution Provider partners.
What You'll Do:
- Lead a team of National Alliance Managers focused on
CrowdStrike's largest strategic solution provider partners
- Understand North American national partner landscape & their
aligned go to market strategy; build a strategic plan to exceed
growth expectations for both organizations
- Work cross functionally with CrowdStrike marketing, sales, &
enablement teams to build, support & execute national program
initiatives across National Alliances organization
- Leverage investment resources strategically to maximize ROI
while meeting & exceeding partner sourced revenue targets & growth
goals
- Lead National Alliance Managers & partner with field Regional
Alliance Managers to deliver success & overachieve revenue
targets
- Collaborate closely with CrowdStrike regional, area & Americas
sales leadership to insure alignment with partner sales teams &
overall strategy
- Align with CrowdStrike regional alliance managers to ensure
national strategy is being executed regionally
- Establish & deliver new routes to market with partners,
including partner led services & offerings based on the CrowdStrike
platform
- Ensure bidirectional alignment with the executive branch of
both CrowdStrike & our national partners
What You'll Need:
- Knowledge & experience working with large National strategic
Solution Providers
- Exceptional interpersonal & conflict resolution skills
- A proven track record of creating innovative enterprise
solutions & successful GTM plans with leading National Partners,
exceeding revenue targets for at least 4 to 10 years
- Strategic thinker & hunter mentality, capable of hands-on
problem solving & generating ideas & solutions
- New partner development experience & experience with decision
makers within current relationships within the largest national
solution providers in North America
- Strong communication & presentation skills, with negotiation &
conflict resolution kills, & sound interpersonal skills,
influencing at senior levels
- Motivated & focused self-starter with strong leadership skills,
able to multi-task & work independently or within a team
- Strong organizational, presentation, & communication skills
Bonus Points:
- Previous sales experience in the information security space &
strong technical knowledge with a broad range of security &
networking technologies
