Business Products ManagerPerry Office Plus in Temple, Texas is seeking an experienced sales manager with a background in workplace products to lead our growing sales team.

In this position, you will be expected to:

• Develop and attain annual business plans and budgets related to sales and margin objectives for the workplace products division.
• Manage profitability and operating expenses within the budget and report to the President.
• Establish aggressive but realistic annual performance goals for each sales representative in the division.
• Analyze potential growth opportunities to ensure proper representation in each market.
• Create and participate in key prospect presentations and proposals.
• Recruit, train, coach, mentor, and manage Sales Representatives.
• Ensure that all approved sales initiatives/contests are appropriately implemented and tracked.
• Oversee margin management focusing on constant improvement.
• Manage sales funnels, track and manage new account implementations and roll-outs.
• Interface with cross-functional managers to communicate sales activities and develop and business process improvement initiatives.
  ---Qualified candidates will posses:
  
  • Bachelor's degree or related work experience.
  • 5 or more years business-to-business selling experience within the workplace products or other industry focused on distribution.
  • 2 or more years management experience within the workplace products or other industry focused on distribution.
  • Superior knowledge of sales growth including cold-calling, networking, lead generation, all with the ability to capture and close the deal.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills and must be detail oriented and organized.---
  • Working knowledge of PC environments including CRM tools, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
