Urgent hiring for Lab Manager in San Antonio, TX ! ? Must be located closer to San Antonio, Texas Job Description

• Overseeing and managing laboratory day to day operations
• Overseeing 7 direct reports
• Managing employees schedules, timesheet approval,
• Interact/coordinate with customers directly and other management personnel
• Equipment oversight and validations Qualification
  • 5 Years of laboratory experience Including (cell biology/cellular therapy experience) is Mandatory
  • 3 yeas of leadership experience (not just supervising, but working with management on business level decisions) is Mandatory
  • Bachelors OR Masters in Science is preferred
  • MT, MLS, CLS certification preferred?
