Job Description:

Collective Clean Energy Fund (CCEF) is seeking a Contractor Relationship Manager to drive meaningful impact in the clean energy landscape. This role will focus on supporting residential contractor installers in implementing renewable energy projects in Colorado and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a background in business development, sales, or partnership development, and a passion for clean energy.

• Lead contractor recruitment and engagement efforts
• Build strong contractor relationships and provide training on CCEF programs
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize contractor processes and develop innovative strategies
• Participate in the recruitment of new contractors and provide guidance through the authorization process
• Analyze and report on contractor metrics and provide feedback for improvement
• Evangelize the mission of CCEF through networking and industry events Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Adept at cultivating strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of clean energy technologies
  • Technologically savvy with proficiency with Cloud-based systems such as Google Workspace and CRMs
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent at streamlining processes
  • Current Residency in Colorado Benefits:
