Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to
manage and enhance infrastructure supporting numerous nonprofit
organizations globally.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers, managing
schedules and on-call rotations
Oversee large public instances and smaller hosting operations,
ensuring performance and availability
Collaborate with software development teams for smooth deployments
and maintain infrastructure documentation
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure engineering or
systems administration
Proven experience leading a technical team while engaging in
hands-on work
Mastery of Debian-based Linux and experience with Kubernetes,
Docker, and Terraform
Extensive knowledge of AWS services, with familiarity in Azure and
Google Cloud
Availability of at least 30 hours per week, preferably 35 hours or
more, during Eastern time zone hours
